I married my high school sweetheart on July 19, 2008. We have been together for 14 years.

We have an adorable (I'm not biased) little boy together who I have prayed and hoped for my entire life.
He is currently 14 months old and my world.
I am a lover of Disney, scrap booking, and photography.
I like to bake and sometimes even surprise myself with what I make.
I love themed parties.
I started planning my son's Dr. Seuss Birthday party when he was only a month old. It turned out pretty good.
I am a substitute teacher and I love it. I'm meant to teach.
I wish I was really good at crafts but my siblings got the artistic gene.
However, I still like to try new projects.
Truth be told...
I am disorganized, overweight, and can be very insecure.
(I'm working on changing all of that.)
I want to be a better person and a better mom for my son.
I can also be very lazy. (Again, working on that)
I made this blog to keep a record of my life. It is mostly for myself to look back on as my baby gets older. I hope to gain a few readers along the way but only time will tell.
